About the position

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating the agency's social media presence, website, and search engine optimization efforts. This position is designed for a creative and detail-oriented individual who can assist in building and maintaining the agency's customer relationship management system and enhance online engagement to promote the agency's mission and services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the agency's social media accounts.
• Post and manage daily social media content and respond to comments.
• Build online connections to promote the agency's mission and services.
• Strategize social media campaigns and analyze engagement data.
• Optimize the agency's search engine results and increase website traffic.
• Assist in building and populating the agency's CRM and contact list in Constant Contact.
• Regularly audit the CRM and Constant Contact and update as necessary.
• Research potential new contacts and collect their data.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with online work and resource searching.
• Proficiency in using common computer programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Google Drive, Canva, etc.).
• Extensive experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Knowledge of search engine optimization.
