About the position

Cobalt is a full-service B2B SaaS agency that is rapidly growing and looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This position is essential for supporting our clients through innovative digital marketing strategies and solutions. The ideal candidate will be creative, energetic, and highly collaborative, with a strong desire to learn and adapt to the various industries we serve. As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for researching industry-specific knowledge, conducting competitive analyses, and managing workflow and employee assignments. You will draft and edit content for social media channels and search PPC campaigns, as well as manage social media platforms and monitor analytics to provide reports on growth and activity. In this role, you will analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, conduct A/B testing, and create sales marketing materials and presentations. You will also be tasked with writing monthly statistical and analytical reports to present to clients, developing and managing email campaigns, and continuing to build rapport with current and existing clients. This position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve our clients' goals.

Responsibilities

  • Researching industry‐specific knowledge for a wide variety of clients.
  • Conduct competitive analyses and keyword research.
  • Managing workflow and employee assignments.
  • Draft and edit content/display ads for social media channels and search PPC campaigns.
  • Social media platform management.
  • Monitor social media analytics and KPIs daily and provide reports of growth and other activity.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performances.
  • Conduct A/B testing.
  • Create sales marketing material, presentations, and campaigns.
  • Write monthly statistical and analytical reports to present to clients.
  • Website and content development for various clients.
  • Develop and manage email campaigns.
  • Continue to develop rapport with current and existing clients.

Requirements

  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 5+ years of experience in both WordPress and WooCommerce.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge and experience with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Instagram, Twitter, and other digital ad exchanges/social media platforms.
  • Proficient in Canva, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing is required.
  • Must have a reliable form of transportation to and from the company's office.
