About the position

The Digital Marketing Coordinator plays a crucial role in the maintenance and enhancement of the corporate website, WestfieldInsurance.com. This position is responsible for managing content updates, SEO strategies, and analytics to drive revenue growth and improve user experiences. The coordinator collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and alignment with business objectives while also overseeing technical aspects and performance metrics of the website.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day maintenance and administration of the corporate website.
  • Collaborate with marketing and business stakeholders to ensure website content is accurate and aligned with business objectives.
  • Create new pages and edit existing content to ensure visual appeal and engagement.
  • Manage the website media library, including images, audio, videos, and documents.
  • Coordinate efforts of teams involved in web-related tasks such as content creation and technical maintenance.
  • Monitor backlog items and prioritize user stories to achieve business goals.
  • Create user stories that align with product vision and roadmap for technical teams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with IT and vendors.
  • Manage website performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Implement and refine SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and traffic.
  • Develop and manage A/B and multivariant tests to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Create and maintain analytics dashboards using Looker Studio to visualize website performance metrics.
  • Ensure experiences adhere to privacy, regulatory, and accessibility guidelines.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience managing company websites and SEO/SEM.
  • Experience developing content for websites and utilizing CMS tools, preferably Sitecore.
  • Experience working in agile projects and writing/editing user stories.
  • Background in marketing analytics and digital marketing analytics systems, including Google Analytics and SEM Rush.
  • Proficient in using Looker Studio to create and manage analytics dashboards.
  • Experience in designing and executing A/B testing methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills.
  • Understanding of JavaScript and HTML is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Sitecore CMS.
  • Familiarity with SEM Rush for SEO analysis.
