About the position

Join Our Team! We are currently seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Digital Marketing Coordinator with a strong knack for creativity and a passion for communicating brand stories across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media marketing strategies, content creation, and communication. Additionally, they will be responsible for helping to grow our brand's influence locally while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will engage in various tasks including content creation and copywriting, where they will write engaging copy and briefs for social media, advertising, and blog posts. They will also manage daily posts and audience engagement on our social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X) when the Social Media Coordinator is unavailable, including occasional weekend coverage. The role requires generating and presenting creative social media post ideas aimed at driving high engagement, as well as creating and editing short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, ensuring content aligns with brand voice and objectives. In addition, the coordinator will develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and reach, assist in organizing promotional events, wine tastings, and other public-facing company activities. They will also maintain and update company listings on platforms such as Apple Maps and Google My Business to ensure accuracy, and update the blog regularly to keep information current, relevant, and optimized for SEO.

Responsibilities

  • Write engaging copy and briefs for social media, advertising, and blog posts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of managing social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and X.
  • Experience in content creation and curation, including video editing, writing, and proofreading.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
