About the position

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the development, execution, and maintenance of digital marketing campaigns for a specified roster of artists. This position requires collaboration with digital product managers to create and implement effective online advertising strategies, ensuring that campaigns are not only launched successfully but also monitored and reported on post-campaign to assess their effectiveness. The coordinator will be responsible for managing artist accounts and logins, utilizing the Client's password management tool to ensure security and accessibility. In addition to campaign management, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will track important dates such as artist anniversaries, holidays, and events to facilitate brainstorming sessions for future campaigns. The role also involves overseeing content requests and asset management, which includes handling various digital assets such as video cutdowns, banners, and promotional materials. The coordinator will work with third-party vendors to create engaging interactive content, including augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) experiences, enhancing the overall marketing strategy. The position requires the creation of presentation decks and documents for campaigns, promotions, and company pitches, as well as pulling analytics and social data to generate post-campaign reports for brand partnerships. The coordinator will also oversee data acquisition campaigns and maintain growth strategies for email lists, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and SMS campaigns. Coordination of meetings and correspondence with internal teams, third-party partners, and influencers is essential, as is the management of travel and communication logistics for artists and contest winners as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Work with digital product managers to develop, execute, and maintain digital marketing campaigns for specified artist roster.
  • Assist in creating and executing online advertising campaigns, including post-campaign ad reports.
  • Manage artist accounts and logins using the Client's password management tool.
  • Track relevant artist anniversaries, holidays, events, and birthdays for campaign brainstorming.
  • Oversee internal/external content requests, uploads, and asset management.
  • Work with third parties to create interactive pages, filters, and other AR/VR content.
  • Manage partner pages to ensure updated links, videos, bios, and imaging.
  • Create presentation decks and documents for campaigns, promotions, and company pitches.
  • Pull analytics and social data for brand partnerships post-campaign reports.
  • Oversee data acquisition campaigns, promotions, uploads, and procurement cadence.
  • Help maintain growth strategies for email lists, CRM, and SMS campaigns.
  • Coordinate meetings and correspondence with internal teams, third-party partners, and influencers.
  • Coordinate travel and/or communication with artists, contest winners, and staff as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in digital marketing and campaign management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders.
