The Digital Marketing Coordinator, in close coordination with the Senior Manager, Marketing CRM, provides administrative support in all aspects of database administration and electronic communications for the firm's Marketing department. This role is responsible for ensuring data quality and accuracy in the firm's CRM database, InterAction, and providing support for email marketing communications, market research efforts, and content creation for social media and other digital channels. The Digital Marketing Coordinator reports to the Associate Director, Marketing Technology, and supports the analysis of marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and provides recommendations for improvement based on these data-driven insights.
