About the position

The Digital Marketing Coordinator at Universal Pictures plays a crucial role in supporting the digital marketing team by managing creative assets and administrative tasks for film promotions. This position requires a proactive individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively prioritize tasks, and maintain strong communication across various levels of management. The coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the creative asset management process and ensuring the smooth execution of digital marketing initiatives for multiple film titles.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the creative asset management process for multiple films.
  • Fulfill administrative duties for the digital team, including scheduling and meeting notes.
  • Establish relationships with internal and external vendors to request and deliver materials.
  • Manage YouTube uploads of video content across multiple titles.
  • Maintain media tracker Airtable spreadsheet for multiple titles.
  • Maintain group asset Dropbox, Frame.io, and Google Docs.
  • Handle day-to-day asset requests from internal and external sources.
  • Work with vendors and legal teams to ensure contracts and NDAs are executed correctly.
  • Create and traffic specialty creative requests, including event invites and press mailers.
  • Support teams for trailer launches and events.
  • Create marketing decks as required.
  • Traffic invoices and track budgets.
  • Maintain and manage URL database, including DNS management.
  • Set up social accounts across multiple platforms for upcoming titles.
  • Coordinate vendor photography and asset pulls.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in the entertainment industry.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft-based software: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Solid computer, writing, and technical skills, including familiarity with social media and digital video content.
