The Digital Marketing Coordinator at BMA Media Group is a full-time, in-person role focused on enhancing communication and project coordination, applying digital marketing strategies, and fostering personal skill development. This position is integral to ensuring that clients and the BMA Media team are aligned on project expectations and progress, while delivering high-quality work within deadlines. The role requires a strong digital marketing background and excellent communication skills to build and manage client relationships effectively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication between clients and the BMA Media team to ensure project alignment and expectations.
• Apply digital marketing strategies across various platforms including WordPress, HubSpot, and social media.
• Manage multiple client projects while maintaining organization and attention to detail.
• Develop and create blog content, marketing analytics, and Google advertising campaigns.
• Build and maintain professional client relationships.
• Continuously develop personal skills and knowledge relevant to the digital marketing field.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing, including WordPress, HubSpot, and Google Advertising.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients effectively under deadlines.
• Experience in client relationship management.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a complex industry.
• Team-oriented attitude with a focus on serving clients.
