The Digital Marketing Coordinator position at a well-known fashion company in New York, NY, is a temporary role focused on managing the day-to-day operations of all PINK social media and third-party properties. This includes popular platforms such as Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, WeHeartIt, and Tumblr, as well as any new and emerging platforms. The coordinator will work closely with the Senior Marketing Coordinator to execute paid digital media campaigns and brand partnerships, as well as social-based projects like user-generated contests and sweepstakes. This role is essential in maintaining the brand's online presence and engaging with its audience effectively. The responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Coordinator include supporting the Senior Marketing Coordinator in developing a social content strategy and maintaining social marketing calendars across all platforms. The coordinator will coordinate asset delivery with copy and creative teams for all social updates, push and schedule daily updates on social and third-party platforms, and manage the day-to-day activity of approximately 50 regional store Instagram accounts. Additionally, the coordinator will assist in executing PINK Nation social projects and social site integrations, develop educational marketing materials for key campaigns, and work with various teams to execute paid media campaigns and brand partnerships. The role also involves managing content planning and publishing for the PINK Nation app chat feature, routing social cadence to third-party partners for input, and owning sample trafficking in collaboration with merchants for in-house asset creation. Analyzing and recapping social performance, tracking social trends, and analyzing competitor activity are also key components of this position. The coordinator will help identify emerging platforms for PINK to develop a presence and manage live social updates from brand events, closely collaborating with the events team to communicate and recap event activity via social media. Music licensing management and support for video execution are additional responsibilities.
