About the position

USA Wrestling is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to assist with various digital marketing projects that positively impact the organization, its members, and athletes. This full-time, in-person role will focus on coordinating digital marketing campaigns related to membership, events, corporate partnerships, and brand identity.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the design and execution of digital marketing campaigns to meet or exceed acquisition, retention, and engagement goals.
  • Optimize the USA Wrestling digital marketing mix across owned, earned, and paid digital channels.
  • Oversee the creation of campaign assets across USA Wrestling digital marketing channels.
  • Assist in strategy development for audience segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
  • Assist in the management and optimization of performance marketing budget to maximize ROI.
  • Implement innovative digital marketing tactics such as A/B testing, personalization, and automation.
  • Analyze digital marketing campaign performance and report findings to internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain internal digital marketing campaign calendar and manage cross-departmental requests.
  • Coordinate with media partners, affiliated clubs, state associations, corporate sponsors, athletes, coaches, and community influencers.
  • Continued development of professional skillset and explore new creative techniques.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Advertising, etc.)
  • A minimum of two years relevant professional experience with a focus on digital marketing.
  • Experience managing campaign-level work through CRM tools and branded social media channels.
  • Working knowledge of creator tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, UTM application, Microsoft Excel, and other campaign reporting tools.
  • Ability to write effective, short form copy for various types of digital marketing activities.
  • Proven understanding of current digital marketing trends.
