About the position

The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for planning and implementing digital marketing strategies that enhance the 23XI brand through engaging and shareable content. This role involves social media marketing, community management, and KPI reporting to support brand initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and analytical skills, a passion for social media, and an understanding of the evolving digital marketing landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Develop engaging content and manage social media presence to build brand awareness.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to synchronize brand messaging across digital marketing channels.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating brand marketing activities from research to implementation and analysis.
  • Write engaging captions and copy that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm ideas and develop content strategies.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities relevant to brand building.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster community.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to create graphics and infographics for promotional materials.
  • Support internal and external teams to maintain brand consistency across touchpoints.
  • Prepare analytics reports by interpreting data and generating actionable insights.
  • Maintain multiple marketing channels with strong communication of goals and results.
  • Assist in managing social media channels on race weekends, as assigned.
  • Manage digital marketing tools including tracking costs and team access.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of integrated digital marketing experience.
  • Strong analytic skills and comfort with digital marketing data analytics and reporting tools.
  • Ability to operate well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with platforms like Mailchimp, Meta Ads, LinkTree, Survey Monkey, Hookit, or other analytics tools.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with Adobe Suite or other design tools.
