About the position

The Digital Marketing & Creative Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining social media marketing plans and digital campaigns for a local wealth management firm. This role requires a creative individual who can manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and analyze campaign performance to optimize results. The specialist will work collaboratively with a team to align marketing efforts with business objectives and stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels.
  • Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content to foster community interaction and brand awareness and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Write compelling copy for various platforms including websites, emails, and advertisements.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns and improve efficiency.
  • Execute email marketing campaigns aimed at nurturing leads and converting prospects into customers.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Ads and other analytics platforms to optimize conversion rates.
  • Monitor benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media campaigns.
  • Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Utilize knowledge of SEO and work to enhance overall content strategy marketing efforts.
  • Manage all content-related assets to include print, web, and editorial features.
  • Consistently design, publish, and manage relevant, original, high-quality content for all brands.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing to ensure innovative approaches are implemented.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media marketing, email marketing, and advertising.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create persuasive content tailored to target audiences.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and techniques for effective campaign management.
  • Experience with Google Ads and performance marketing strategies is highly desirable.
  • Excellent research skills to inform data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Ability to analyze metrics and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
