About the position

The Digital Marketing Data Analytics (Performance Marketing) Specialist is responsible for creating, executing, and managing paid acquisition campaigns while analyzing data to derive insights that inform decisions across various acquisition channels. This role focuses on optimizing digital marketing performance to boost growth, conversion rates, ROI, and revenue, while staying updated on industry trends and innovations.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and optimize the performance of digital marketing campaigns to increase conversion rates, ROI, and revenue.
  • Manage and monitor budgets, bids, and pacing across multiple channels, including social and display.
  • Support campaign performance reporting and analysis across traffic, engagement, conversion, and revenue metrics.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to make optimization recommendations, adjusting targeting, messaging, and creative as needed.
  • Assist in developing and executing communication/content strategies in coordination with SEO goals.
  • Manage creative uploads and mapping across performance channels.
  • Conduct A/B tests and other experiments to improve campaign performance.
  • Develop and manage digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns.
  • Ensure successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic, and owned media channels.
  • Identify and test new channels to meet or exceed established critical metrics.
  • Implement marketing automation and lead generation strategies.
  • Collaborate with management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas and present results.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in SEO/digital marketing or 3 years experience in a data analytics-related background.
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Ability to conduct critical analysis and identify key insights.
  • Experience managing strategy and execution on social, search, or other performance-oriented channels.
  • In-platform execution experience setting up campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google AdWords.
  • Deep understanding of data or data modeling and ability to identify insights for stakeholders.
  • Exceptional analytical skills to identify opportunities within complex data.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling acquisition campaigns with a focus on ROI.
  • Outstanding presentation skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills and critical thinking abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
