About the position

St. Luke's Hospital is seeking a Digital Marketing Design Manager who will serve as the primary point of contact for all website-related requests. In this position, the manager will oversee the design and implementation of digital marketing strategies, ensuring that all content is consistent with the hospital's branding and messaging. The role requires a deep understanding of digital development platforms, including content management systems (CMS), digital asset management (DAM), and data dashboards. The manager will also be responsible for analyzing the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and making data-driven decisions to improve performance. The Digital Marketing Design Manager will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure that all digital initiatives are executed smoothly and meet the needs of the organization. This includes working with clinical teams to promote services, engaging with patients through digital channels, and enhancing the overall online presence of St. Luke's Hospital. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience in digital marketing and design.
  • Expertise using various digital development platforms, such as CMS, DAM, and data dashboards.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Experience using Adobe DXP and AEM preferred.
