About the position

The Digital Marketing Director at Aramark is responsible for managing and implementing the company's digital strategy. This role focuses on building and executing digital marketing programs that enhance brand health, drive consumer loyalty, and fuel the sales funnel. The director collaborates with various departments to create governance, training, and tools that support digital marketing efforts across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and activate digital frameworks and strategies that build and engage audiences.
  • Deliver digital campaigns, products, and experiences across Aramark's brand portfolio.
  • Build and develop B2B marketing capabilities and serve as the main point of contact for B2B agency.
  • Use innovative technology and engagement to create valuable consumer experiences focused on personalization and convenience.
  • Provide tools, resources, and governance to the field to manage digital campaigns.
  • Create proactive approaches to pilot and test emerging technology and experiences.
  • Build and accelerate member/loyalty strategies to grow participation.
  • Partner with creative/agencies to build and develop digital content for promotions and campaigns.
  • Create training, resources, and governance to enable engagement programs across all consumer brands.
  • Work with the enterprise to enable Digital Asset Management capabilities and tools.
  • Use data to create benchmarks and metrics to drive business objectives.
  • Establish ROI analysis related to projects and pilots.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10+ years experience in digital marketing, B2B and transformation.
  • Proven performance in marketing strategies to target, engage, and acquire audiences.
  • Experience working with scalable technical solutions for digital brand and marketing (website, loyalty, CRM platform, etc.).
  • Strong written, verbal, and technical communication skills with thorough attention to detail.
  • Superior program management skills, including demonstrated ability to drive clear results and actions.
  • Strong collaboration skills with experience in networking within a large organization.
  • Familiarity with CRM, CMS and MarTech systems such as Hubspot, AEM, Salesforce.
  • Analytical and critical thinking mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree.
