LHH is seeking a Digital Experience Director to join our client's team, a pivotal role responsible for shaping and executing a comprehensive digital strategy that encompasses various channels including email, web, social media, and online advertising. This position is designed for a candidate who is local to Dallas and is looking for a contract-to-hire opportunity. The Digital Experience Director will play a crucial role in ensuring that the digital strategy not only meets the immediate needs of the organization but also aligns with broader organizational goals and initiatives. In this role, the Digital Experience Director will be tasked with designing and implementing a cohesive digital strategy that integrates multiple facets of digital marketing. This includes overseeing the development, management, and execution of email and web campaigns, ensuring that the online experience remains compelling and engaging to drive user interaction and conversion. The Director will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure that all digital efforts are synchronized with the overall marketing strategy and organizational objectives. Additionally, the Digital Experience Director will utilize email marketing and lead nurturing techniques to enhance marketing automation processes, thereby improving campaign performance. A significant part of the role will involve leveraging web analytics to monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of various digital channels, delivering accurate and insightful analysis to inform future strategies and initiatives. This position is hybrid, allowing for a blend of remote and in-office work in Dallas, Texas.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Experience with HubSpot is a must.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
