About the position

The Digital Marketing Director at Medi-Weightloss Corporate is a key leadership role responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and drive customer acquisition across the franchise system. This position plays a crucial part in the growth and success of the franchise business, focusing on patient-centric care and holistic well-being. The ideal candidate will leverage their experience in franchise and healthcare marketing to execute data-driven campaigns and lead a talented team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all Digital Marketing and Tracking Programs
  • Develop and oversee all local franchise Lead Generation strategies
  • Ensure brand consistency across all franchise locations by overseeing the execution of marketing initiatives, advertising, and promotions
  • Manage PPC, Paid Social, and other local digital advertising programs for all locations
  • Contracting and billing
  • Overseeing trends and optimizations
  • Communicate and arrange meetings with franchisees and vendors
  • Manage tracking and performance metrics for all marketing programs and activities
  • Own SEO strategy development and implement all SEO efforts
  • Oversee the Brand's web presence and solve any website issues
  • General website management
  • Build Landing Pages
  • Administration of the Brand's Google analytics accounts
  • Directly Supervise team members
  • Provide expertise, input, and assist in all digital media planning and strategy for local, regional, and national marketing
  • Contribute to department reports and updates
  • Contribute to content development and other special projects as assigned
  • Present at System Standards Training or company events and develop educational content as needed
  • Liaise with other departments such as IT, Operations, Franchise Operations, and Business Development to ensure accurate implementation of marketing strategies and policies

Requirements

  • 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a franchise-focused marketing role
  • Minimum 3 years' management experience
  • Knowledge of franchise business models and marketing best practices for franchises
  • Healthcare / medical marketing experience
  • Google Analytics and Ads certified
  • Experience with website development and management
  • Goal oriented, self-directed and self-motivated within a team environment
  • Proficiency in Marketing, Internet Marketing, and Social Media
  • Experience and demonstrated ability to deliver effective presentations/ Public Speaking
  • Experience developing effective marketing plans with large and small budgets
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Must live in the Tampa Bay area
