Clique Hospitality is seeking a talented and passionate Digital Marketing Director to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing all digital marketing efforts, which encompass paid digital advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), website maintenance, community management, and content creation. Your primary focus will be to work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and conversion across all digital channels. It is essential that these efforts align with Clique Hospitality's brand and marketing objectives, ensuring a consistent and cohesive approach to our digital presence. As a Digital Marketing Director, you will plan, create, and publish engaging content for our website while integrating social media channels with paid digital ads and website content. This includes platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok, all in alignment with our overall content strategy and marketing goals. You will also monitor social media and other digital channels for trends, opportunities, and potential issues, providing regular reports on performance, insights, and recommendations to enhance our digital marketing efforts. Your responsibilities will include creating and managing digital marketing campaigns, developing ad copy and creative assets using platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads. You will manage listing platform ads on Google My Business, Yelp, and TripAdvisor to ensure the accuracy of information and to increase bookings. Additionally, you will implement email marketing campaigns to promote events, special offers, and other initiatives using platforms such as Mailchimp. You will also manage rewards programs, developing strategies to drive engagement and loyalty among our guests. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work with internal and external stakeholders, including graphic designers, photographers, and influencers, to create high-quality and effective digital assets. You will analyze and report on digital marketing performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization using tools such as Google Analytics, Sprout Social, and SEMrush. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, social media, and hospitality will be crucial, as you will share knowledge and insights with the team to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
