This is where you and your skills come in. We're currently looking for a Digital Marketing Director.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee, mentor, and manage a high-performing Digital Marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  • Develop and implement the digital marketing strategy, including audience targeting, media planning, and execution across multiple digital channels.
  • Align digital marketing strategies within broader marketing initiatives to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
  • Direct media planning efforts across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Video, and other digital marketing channels.
  • Continuously optimize channel performance by adjusting tactics based on data-driven insights and market trends.
  • Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor budget pacing and key metrics, providing accurate forecasts and recommendations for budget adjustments.
  • Deliver detailed insights and performance metrics across platforms, placements, and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to design testing plans and measure the impact of media efforts, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Implement and oversee testing strategies, including A/B testing, audience segmentation, and new channel exploration.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends by testing emerging channels and technologies to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Work closely with brand, creative, product, data, and engineering teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Enhance coordination and resource planning across all marketing functions, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing, media planning, and strategy development.
  • Proven track record in leading and growing high-performing teams.
  • Strong experience in media mix optimization, attribution, and integrated marketing strategies.
  • Excellent financial management and analytical skills, with the ability to optimize marketing spend based on performance.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset that can translate data into actionable insights.
  • 4+ years of leadership experience, with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and build strong partnerships both internally and externally.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills, with experience managing relationships with agencies, partners, and stakeholders.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial approach with the discipline to drive growth and achieve business results.
  • Creativity and a passion for continuous learning and improvement in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
