Blinds To Go is seeking a data-driven and analytical professional to perform ongoing analysis on regional marketing performance, testing, and customer insights. This position is crucial for understanding the regional market landscape, including marketing trends and local competition, to provide feedback and collaborate with other Marketing Managers for the optimization of marketing strategies tailored to each region. The Digital Marketing Director will be responsible for planning and executing regional marketing strategies across multiple channels, including digital, print, email, events, and social media, with the goal of driving retail foot traffic and generating direct-to-consumer leads. The role requires the use of advertising data, marketing research, and competitor analysis to determine the right media mix and investment for each market. Establishing relationships with regional sales teams is essential, as the Director will provide timely sales enablement resources to support business objectives. Additionally, the position involves establishing and actively managing baseline reports that monitor the performance of marketing initiatives and campaigns, allowing for actionable and strategic improvements to be recommended. Daily, weekly, and monthly analysis of key performance metrics will be conducted to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency across all marketing and digital channels. The Director will analyze PPC and SEO metrics, including organic and paid traffic and keyword performance, to uncover further growth opportunities. Assisting with return on investment (ROI) analysis will support strategic planning, vendor performance, and budget planning. The role also includes contributing test ideas, executing test strategies, analyzing test data, and documenting test results. The ability to explain and present data and technical concepts in an easily understandable manner is crucial, requiring excellent written, oral, and illustrative skills.
