About the position

SWBC is seeking a strategic lead to manage a team of digital marketers and data analysts focused on executing high-impact marketing activities aimed at generating quality leads for sales divisions. This role involves collaborating with various marketing functions to develop and optimize multi-channel campaigns that drive customer acquisition and increase Annual Recurring Revenue. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating effective programs that attract and convert prospects into clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop multi-channel campaigns including email marketing, content marketing, paid advertising, SEO/SEM, social media, webinars, and events.
  • Create brand familiarity through online channels to enhance understanding of SWBC's products and services.
  • Advocate for and evolve the online customer journey across various digital touchpoints.
  • Manage a team of demand generation professionals, providing training, mentoring, and support.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the marketing team.
  • Utilize marketing automation platforms and CRM systems to optimize demand generation efforts.
  • Implement lead scoring and nurturing programs to improve conversion rates.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze key performance metrics to report on lead conversion rates and ROI.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve targeting.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and business division teams to align demand generation activities with business objectives.
  • Work closely with the sales team to optimize lead handoff processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of seven years of marketing campaign experience, with a focus on digital advertising and inbound marketing practices.
  • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing, including workflow and database marketing skills.
  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Hubspot, Semrush, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Nice-to-haves
