About the position

As the Digital Marketing Director at MAJORITY, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the creative direction and digital marketing strategies of our groundbreaking mobile banking service designed specifically for migrants. This position requires a strategic thinker who possesses a strong understanding of creative production and digital marketing. You will lead a small in-house team of designers and copywriters, ensuring that their work aligns with the company's design direction and brand identity. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing full-funnel ad strategies that utilize customer research, data, and brand values to create and test strategic messaging across various platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok. In this role, you will guide the ideation, prioritization, production, and analysis of top-tier content, including user-generated content (UGC), video, static, and motion ads. You will be responsible for conducting thorough research to stay informed on customer behavior, advertising trends, and competitor strategies, which will help you continually refine content creation and strategy. Your goal will be to drive creative excellence by pushing for innovative and high-quality creative work that resonates with our audience and drives engagement. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with sales, CRM, product, and compliance teams to ensure cohesive and compliant brand messaging. Additionally, you will manage content creation and influencer partnerships, identifying, negotiating, and managing relationships with content creators and influencers to produce high-quality, brand-aligned content quickly and efficiently. As the guardian of the brand, you will ensure that all creative output is consistent with our brand strategy and identity, while also exploring new technologies, such as AI, to enhance efficiency, creativity, and effectiveness in your work.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing or creative strategy.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and advertising trends.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading a creative team and managing ad campaigns.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform strategy and creative decisions.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
