About the position

The Digital Marketing Director is responsible for achieving digital revenue sales goals and mentoring the local advertising sales team for APG-East - Chesapeake. This role involves managing digital marketing solutions and services, coaching Multimedia Account Executives, and driving new business in the region. The ideal candidate will lead integrated digital marketing campaigns, develop growth strategies, and ensure effective customer service for accounts.

Responsibilities

• Achieve digital revenue sales goals and mentor the local advertising sales team.
• Manage digital marketing solutions and services for the region.
• Coach and mentor Multimedia Account Executives to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies in digital advertising.
• Measure the effectiveness of various marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
• Prospect and harvest new digital business in the field.
• Train staff and create optimal solutions for area businesses.

Requirements

• 4 years of experience in digital marketing.
• 4 years of experience in sales management.
• Strong understanding of current digital marketing tools and strategies.
• Proficiency in Google Suites data collection and analytics.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Google Tag Manager and Analytics.
• Familiarity with emerging digital advertising solutions.
