About the position

The Digital Marketing Director at Blinds To Go is responsible for driving regional marketing strategies through data-driven analysis and collaboration with sales teams. This role focuses on optimizing marketing performance across various channels, including digital, print, and social media, to enhance retail foot traffic and direct consumer leads. The position requires a strong analytical mindset to assess marketing trends, competitor landscapes, and key performance metrics, ultimately contributing to strategic planning and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute regional marketing strategies across multiple channels including digital, print, email, event, and social media.
  • Use advertising data, marketing research, and competitor analysis to determine the right media mix and investment for each market.
  • Establish relationships with regional sales teams and provide timely sales enablement resources.
  • Manage baseline reports to monitor performance of marketing initiatives and recommend improvements.
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly analysis of key performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Analyze PPC and SEO metrics to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Assist with ROI analysis to support strategic planning and budget planning.
  • Contribute test ideas, execute test strategies, analyze test data, and document results.
  • Present data and technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.

Requirements

  • Exceptional proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with a basic understanding of key marketing metrics such as CPM, CTR, CVR, and CPL.
  • Understanding of paid search, email, social, and other forms of online advertising.
  • Experience with website analysis using analytics tools including Google Analytics.
  • High intellectual curiosity and creative problem-solving skills.
  • High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • 1-5 years of experience in marketing.
