About the position

The Digital Marketing Director at BayMark Health Services is responsible for leading and managing the digital marketing team, overseeing all digital marketing initiatives from campaign creation to execution, monitoring, measurement, and optimization. This role ensures alignment with company objectives and focuses on enhancing online traffic, brand visibility, and lead generation through comprehensive digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Build, lead, and manage a team of digital marketers.
  • Set digital marketing KPIs and monitor team progress to meet objectives.
  • Source and collaborate with digital agencies/vendors to ensure clear communication of strategies and expectations.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and refine strategies for competitive advantage.
  • Plan and manage the department budget and consult on individual digital marketing spends by center or service line allocation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging digital content across diverse platforms.
  • Work with contact center departments to track lead generation and improve the customer journey.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance online traffic and drive lead generation.
  • Analyze performance metrics to derive insights and refine strategies for ROI.
  • Manage weekly and monthly audits across all digital platforms.
  • Analyze website metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence and page rank, focusing on local search.
  • Organize and manage responsibilities associated with the Digital Governance Committee.
  • Collaborate with the IT Department regarding digital marketing security measures and ownership of company domains.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of leading successful marketing campaigns.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience working with digital agencies.
  • Experience in web design.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and fostering professional growth.
  • Excellent analytical ability to convert data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence and engage stakeholders.
  • Self-starter, creative, organized, and proactive individual able to manage multiple projects.
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365, Google Analytics, social media platforms, LinkedIn, and SEO software and tools.
  • Experience managing or consulting on PPC/digital paid advertising campaigns and knowledge of call tracking and Salesforce applications.
