About the position

The Digital Marketing Director is responsible for building and managing the digital marketing team, leading all digital marketing initiatives from campaign creation through implementation, execution, monitoring, measurement, and optimization. This role ensures alignment and integration with company objectives, focusing on enhancing online traffic, elevating brand visibility, and driving lead generation.

Responsibilities

  • Build, lead, and manage a team of digital marketers.
  • Set digital marketing KPIs and monitor team progress to meet objectives.
  • Source and work closely with digital agencies/vendors to ensure clear communication of strategies and expectations.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and refine strategies to maintain or gain competitive advantage.
  • Plan and manage the budget for the department and consult on individual digital marketing spends by center or service line allocation.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to support the creation of engaging digital content across diverse platforms.
  • Work with contact center departments to track lead generation and improve the customer journey.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance online traffic and drive lead generation.
  • Analyze performance metrics to derive insights and refine strategies for ROI and operational improvements.
  • Manage weekly and monthly audits across all digital platforms.
  • Analyze website metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence and page rank with an emphasis on local search.
  • Organize and manage responsibilities associated with the Digital Governance Committee.
  • Collaborate with the Information Technology Department regarding digital marketing security measures and ownership of company domains.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of leading successful marketing campaigns.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience working and partnering with digital agencies.
  • Experience in web design.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and fostering professional growth.
  • Excellent analytical ability with a skill for converting data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
  • Self-starter, creative, organized, proactive individual able to manage multiple projects in a multi-faceted organization.
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365, Google Analytics, Social Media platforms, LinkedIn, and SEO software and tools.
  • Experience managing and/or consulting on PPC/digital paid advertising campaigns.
