About the position

The Digital Marketing Director at Lockton, Inc. is responsible for overseeing the overall digital experience, focusing on website, social media, and digital marketing strategy. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, managing a team, and ensuring that digital marketing efforts align with business objectives. The position requires a strategic mindset and hands-on execution to enhance the company's digital presence and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid search, social media, email marketing, and SEO.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all digital marketing efforts align with business objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Act as a strategic consultant to design an optimal web experience, including SEO strategy and UX design.
  • Perform competitive analysis to understand industry trends and identify opportunities.
  • Oversee social media strategy and ensure alignment with broader digital experiences.
  • Collaborate with regional digital managers to share digital best practices.
  • Identify KPIs for website performance, measure and analyze activity, and report insights for website improvements.
  • Provide direction for email strategy and its integration with broader digital marketing efforts.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends and tools, making strategic recommendations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience managing digital strategy for a B2B brand or agency.
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Communications, Digital Marketing, Journalism, PR, or related field.
  • Experience leading digital and/or website strategy for a global enterprise with diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as GA4, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and content management systems.
