About the position

The Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Manager at the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts is responsible for overseeing digital marketing initiatives aimed at optimizing ticket sales and enhancing audience engagement. This role involves managing email marketing campaigns, analyzing traffic data, and providing strategic insights to improve performance. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various teams to align digital marketing efforts with the organization's goals and stay updated on industry trends.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy in collaboration with the Director of Marketing.
  • Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns using P2 software.
  • Monitor and report on email campaign performance, including open rates and conversions.
  • Provide in-depth business intelligence and analysis to optimize ticket sales.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on website traffic using Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Collaborate with marketing, ticketing, and development teams to align digital marketing efforts.
  • Work with the web team on content updates and management for the website.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in email campaign management and data analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of related experience, preferably in the performing arts or entertainment industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Proficiency with P2 software or similar email marketing platforms.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of Tessitura or similar CRM systems.
  • Basic knowledge of WordPress is useful but not required.
  • Passion for the performing arts.
