About the position

The Digital Marketing Experience & Project Manager will drive the strategic development and implementation of digital marketing and search initiatives at Carrier Global Corporation. This role focuses on enhancing the digital customer experience by leveraging marketing technology and leading cross-functional projects that align with business objectives and customer goals.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business units and SMEs to gather requirements, define objectives, and implement scalable technology solutions.
  • Lead marketing technology and search optimization projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals, SEO best practices, and customer needs.
  • Establish a detailed workplan with clear milestones for marketing technology and search initiatives.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic priorities, providing strong communication to stakeholders and leaders throughout the process.
  • Act as a key point of contact between IT, marketing, and business teams.
  • Drive the integration of new marketing and search technologies that improve customer engagement, search performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Work with and orchestrate SME teams consisting of search, user experience & design, social, marketing automation, content, and technology.
  • Manage agency relationships, scope, and delivery, particularly with SEO and search marketing partners.
  • Monitor and measure the performance of marketing technology and search tools, recommending improvements where necessary.
  • Leverage data for strategic decision-making and stakeholder influencing.
  • Support an OKR/KPI framework to track strategic initiatives, providing recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay current with industry trends and technology, particularly in digital marketing and search.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing technology, search, or project management.
  • 5+ years of experience with digital project management.
  • 5+ years of experience working in a matrixed, cross-functional team environment.

  • Proven experience building and leading marketing technology and search optimization projects with strategic impact.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills, with a proven ability to execute plans effectively.
  • Ability to work/lead multiple medium to large-scale initiatives simultaneously.
