About the position

The Digital Marketing / HubSpot Specialist at Powder River, Inc. is responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance the company's online presence and achieve business goals. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Manage and optimize HubSpot integration across various channels, including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.
  • Update and deploy relevant content for digital platforms, including website, blog, social media, and email newsletters.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Provide training to team members on HubSpot usage.

Requirements

  • Expert Knowledge of HubSpot
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM software).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision making.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web development principles.
