About the position
The Digital Marketing Internship at Stanley Black & Decker offers a unique opportunity for rising juniors or seniors to gain hands-on experience in supporting North America Marketing. Interns will engage in various key activities, including digital strategy development, content creation, performance tracking of marketing campaigns, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. This role is designed to provide valuable insights into the marketing operations of a Fortune 500 company while fostering professional growth and networking opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Assist with development of all digital strategy for the brand while working cross-functionally with digital subject-matter experts and social influencers.
- Work with agency partners to plan, develop and deliver dynamic, world-class content.
- Track performance of digital marketing campaigns, consumer ratings and KPIs. Provide campaign reporting that includes actionable insights.
- Assist in building out Activation Plans for upcoming Q4 Marketing Activations and Product Launches.
- Directly support efforts to drive growth and sales conversion through Digital Marketing Campaigns.
- Participate in customer meeting preparation through best-in-class presentation development.
Requirements
- Be a rising junior or senior with a target graduation date of 2026 or 2027.
- Actively pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Digital Marketing preferred.
- Photoshop knowledge preferred.
- Exemplifies a digital savviness and creativity.
- Successfully manages strong academics alongside extracurricular activities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
