About the position

The Digital Marketing Intern at Toppers Pizza will support the execution of social media and online marketing strategies to enhance the company's online presence and drive engagement. This part-time hybrid/remote position involves managing community interactions, posting creative content, and analyzing customer sentiment to optimize digital marketing efforts. The intern will work closely with the Marketing Department and report to the Director of Digital Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of social media and online marketing strategies.
• Post creative content to multiple social media platforms on a set schedule.
• Act as social media community manager across multiple platforms, responding to consumer comments and concerns.
• Respond to customer reviews, feedback, and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Track and analyze trends in customer sentiment to provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Create engaging text, image, and video content as needed.
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a college program pursuing a degree in Marketing, New Media, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of current and future trends in digital technologies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Multitasking and analytical skills.
• Strong project management experience managing digital development and integration projects.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Nice-to-haves

• A degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or currently enrolled in a related program.
