About the position

As a Digital Marketing intern at Lands' End, you will gain hands-on experience in project management and digital marketing while collaborating with a diverse team. This paid internship program is designed to develop future leaders and offers opportunities for mentorship, networking, and exposure to various aspects of digital media and marketing technology. The internship runs for twelve weeks, providing a comprehensive learning experience in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team on upcoming retail media projects
• Create reporting documents
• Conduct competitive analysis
• Attend meetings with vendors and internal partners
• Participate in the summer project with fellow interns that will be presented to leadership
• Help support audit process
• Assist with strategy projects as assigned

Requirements

• Progress towards a bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Merchandising, Digital Retailing, Business Analytics, Communications or related field preferred
• Ability to multitask, work with a team, deadline driven, create high quality work, desire to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple projects
• High level of initiative, motivation, positive attitude and excellent attention to detail
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Google Docs skills
