About the position

The Digital Marketing/Lead Generation Specialist at Reform Alliance is responsible for implementing and managing various digital marketing strategies aimed at driving brand awareness, increasing website traffic, and generating leads. This role involves developing and executing campaigns across multiple channels, creating engaging content, and optimizing digital marketing efforts to maximize return on investment (ROI).

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Creating engaging and compelling content for websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing
  • Managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic
  • Implementing on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings
  • Utilizing CSS and WordPress to update and maintain websites
  • Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Analyzing website analytics to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
  • Collaborating with the owner to create visually appealing assets
  • Writing persuasive copy for advertisements, landing pages, click funnels, and email campaigns
  • Implementing performance marketing techniques to maximize ROI

Requirements

  • Proficiency in content creation across various platforms
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads and experience managing campaigns
  • Familiarity with CSS and WordPress for website management
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and ability to implement them effectively
  • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Moz for data analysis
  • Graphic design skills to create visually appealing ads and thumbnails
  • Copywriting skills to craft compelling messages that resonate with the target audience
  • Knowledge of performance marketing techniques to optimize campaign performance
  • Familiarity with advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads or LinkedIn Ads

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Click Funnels
  • Experience in B2C marketing is a big plus
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook and Instagram ads account management
