About the position

The Digital Marketing Lead at Da Vinci will be responsible for shaping and executing the company's digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in inbound marketing and strong analytical skills to oversee all digital marketing activities, including lead acquisition, email marketing, SEO optimization, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid and organic marketing campaigns across various channels (PPC, PPL, social media, SEO, SEM).
  • Increase website traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates.
  • Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and customer acquisition.
  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns that engage and convert subscribers.
  • Utilize A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization to enhance campaign performance.
  • Lead SEO initiatives to improve organic search visibility and drive traffic.
  • Work with external vendors to create and manage content creation, implement SEO strategies, monitor performance, and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align sales enablement efforts.
  • Collaborate with product, customer success, and other internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives support overall business goals.
  • Analyze marketing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
  • Provide weekly reports to senior management on campaign performance, strategic recommendations, budget, and lead performance.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies and propose and test new marketing tactics.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of proven success in inbound marketing in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong ability to interpret data, identify key metrics, and optimize campaigns based on performance insights.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Meta ads platform, Google Analytics, WordPress, HubSpot.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, balancing short-term results with long-term brand building.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
