About the position

The Digital Marketing & Loyalty Manager at Smoothie King plays a crucial role in driving the company's marketing objectives by developing and managing strategies focused on customer acquisition, retention, e-commerce, and brand advocacy. This position is responsible for overseeing the loyalty program, utilizing data analytics to track performance, and collaborating with various teams to enhance customer experiences and achieve marketing goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver loyalty program goals, including acquisition, development, and retention.
• Utilize platform dashboards and data analytics tools to track program performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop strategic vision for loyalty and curate customer experiences to drive brand awareness and frequency.
• Partner with the loyalty team to build seamless customer journeys supporting digital and loyalty goals.
• Accountable for managing the loyalty roadmap and attaining program KPIs, including database growth and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and IT teams to integrate the loyalty program with existing systems.
• Partner with external loyalty partner (Punchh) to optimize platform capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Advertising.
• At least six years of experience in marketing roles focused on consumer marketing, loyalty, and digital experience.
• Proficiency with Punchh and a Customer Data Platform (CDP).
• Intermediate to advanced experience with MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Knowledge of digital platforms and channels, including email, loyalty, and social media best practices.
• Experience managing customer lifecycle and maximizing LTV within a subscription brand is preferred.
• QSR/Franchise experience is preferred.
