About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of innovative online marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand awareness and driving customer engagement. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong background in SEO, SEM, and data-driven marketing to effectively manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform digital marketing efforts.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid search, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy, visual content, and landing pages.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet KPIs and ROI targets.
  • Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
  • Manage local search directories to ensure accurate and consistent business information.
  • Oversee SEM campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, bidding strategies, and performance tracking.
  • Utilize digital analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports on key metrics, campaign performance, and insights for senior management.
  • Develop and execute a content strategy that supports digital marketing efforts and engages target audiences.
  • Collaborate and manage the creation of high-quality content across digital channels.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the website's Content Management System (CMS).
  • Coordinate with IT or web development teams to implement technical SEO best practices.
  • Manage a content calendar to ensure timely publication and distribution of content.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in digital marketing or related field required.
  • 5+ years of successful digital marketing background required.
  • Experience with GA4, PowerBI, heat mapping, and other performance marketing tools such as Meta Ads Manager required.
  • Experience in automation and email marketing with proficiency in Klaviyo and CRM such as Sugar.
  • Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels and brands is highly preferred.
  • Experience in gathering, analyzing, and meeting business requirements is required.
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset, capable of translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent content creation and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Highly self-motivated and self-directed.
  • Ability to multi-task and possess strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
