The company is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital and demand generation strategies. This position is crucial for enhancing customer engagement through webinars, content syndication, and various digital activations that help potential customers understand their challenges and discover solutions through Cribl's offerings. In this role, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the creation and execution of a comprehensive webinar and demo calendar, utilizing data-driven insights to inform strategies that maximize pipeline impact. The manager will serve as a subject matter expert in webinars and digital events, advising on best practices and benchmarking against industry standards. This includes running test-and-learn initiatives and influencing content strategies to create a roadmap of activities that drive engagement and product intent. The position requires collaboration across internal and external teams to source speakers, manage project timelines, and ensure the successful execution of live and on-demand programming. The manager will proactively plan for multiple webinars each quarter, support post-event activations, and evolve the webinar program strategy to include a diverse mix of content types. Additionally, the role involves moderating webinars, cultivating feedback loops through post-event reporting, and managing the end-to-end implementation of digital marketing programs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, particularly in managing webinar programs, and will be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment. They will be data-driven and analytical, with proficiency in Salesforce and marketing reporting tools. Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and execution of Cribl's webinar and demo calendar based on data-driven insights.
  • Serve as a webinar and digital events subject matter expert, advising on best practices and running test-and-learn initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to source speakers and manage project timelines for webinars.
  • Manage the end-to-end implementation of webinars and content syndication, including promotion and optimization.
  • Proactively plan for 12 - 15 live or on-demand webinars per quarter and support post-event activations.
  • Evolve the webinar program strategy to include a diverse mix of content types.
  • Moderate webinars and demos, facilitating audience engagement and feedback.
  • Conduct regular program analysis and reporting on pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Own on-demand publishing across various resources and promotional platforms.
  • Establish processes to facilitate cross-functional work and accelerate program delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Digital Marketing, with at least 12 months managing webinar and/or demo programs.
  • Strong proactivity, accountability, and a spirit of innovation.
  • Confidence in publicly representing Cribl at a high level.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and a passion for technology and startups.
  • Highly data-driven, analytical, and resourceful in tackling complex questions.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and marketing reporting tools.
  • Experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS marketing is a plus.
