About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager for Amazon B2B Payments & Lending is responsible for driving digital strategy and execution for marketing campaigns aimed at small business customers. This role involves planning, executing, and measuring the performance of various marketing initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and optimizing digital channels to enhance customer engagement and lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and creative marketing stakeholders to develop digital campaigns that support small business payment products.
• Partner with marketing tech partner teams to unlock new capabilities and placement opportunities.
• Work closely with marketing, product, program partners, and data science teams on channel strategy, campaign development, and implementation.
• Create and execute demand and lead generation programs.
• Analyze data to determine campaign efficiency.
• Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results, and project recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).
• Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns.
• Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in multi-territory campaign management.
• Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process.
