About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at Amazon.com Services LLC is responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies aimed at driving brand awareness and improving product discoverability among developers. This role involves managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the developer experience and increase product adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Own and oversee Acquisition and Awareness programs including strategy, plan, execution and optimization.
  • Own end to end paid media strategy and placement with select agency partners.
  • Partner with internal teams to implement engaging content and create reporting to measure developer engagement and proposals for improving the developer experience.
  • Work closely with product marketing managers in supporting primary product go-to-market and acquisition strategy.
  • Partner closely with MarTech and data tech team for dashboard reporting and necessary tracking mechanisms to track performance.
  • Plan, develop and roll out digital campaigns with use of multiple-channels including but not limited to paid media, email, website, social channels.
  • Track and report campaign results and optimization plans on a monthly, quarterly basis with regularly weekly progress updates.
  • Manage paid media budgets and best practices.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process.
  • Experience in multi-territory campaign management.
  • Experience with Enterprise level paid media platforms such as LinkedIn, X.

Nice-to-haves

  • Hands on experience with Adobe Suite, Analytics, Target, Experience Manager.
