About the position

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Digital Marketing Manager Assistant to support our e-commerce retail store. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and proficient in various online marketing technologies, including Shopify, Google AdWords, and HubSpot. This role requires a strong understanding of social media marketing, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively. The candidate will also need to have graphic design skills to create and resize banners for our website, along with a solid foundation in email marketing, SEO, and SEM techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing our products and reaching monthly/annual sales goals
  • Manage PPC Campaigns on Google & Bing
  • Working on several projects at one time and meeting deadlines in a timely manner
  • Adding and Deleting Products to our Shopify Website
  • Video and Image editing to keep our website and YouTube Channel current
  • Keep websites up to date with banners, products, blogs, SEO
  • Regularly create and post sales promotions for weekly and holiday sales
  • Maintain currently posted product listings on all sites
  • Update and maintain images, blogs, and content of company owned eCommerce websites
  • Work with Content Writer to create email and social media marketing campaigns
  • Regularly generate reports for management using Excel and other reporting tools.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing a website
  • Google Analytics and Adwords Certification
  • Digital marketing experience
  • Experience with Google & Bing AdWords
  • Experience with CSS
  • Experience with video editing
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop

Nice-to-haves

  • Marketing automation experience (Hubspot)
  • Ability to spot trends and scale spend profitably
  • Strong in quantitative analysis and analytics reporting
  • Strong attention to profit & loss / end-to-end responsibility of all inbound marketing efforts
  • Experience managing a marketing budget of up to $60k/month during peak season
  • Conversion Rate Optimization skills
  • Familiarity with video marketing and video editing
  • Experience working with large product feeds in excel or google sheets/google shopping
