You will direct the company's digital presence across all channels, including website management, email marketing, digital advertising, and a robust social media strategy encompassing content creation, regular engagement, and follower growth. Collaboration with the Marketing Activations Manager, Creative Strategist, Director of Marketing, and other key stakeholders will be essential to harmonize digital initiatives with broader marketing strategies and company goals. Your role will also involve maintaining an optimized, engaging, and up-to-date company website, incorporating SEO best practices to enhance visibility and user experience. You will craft and execute a cutting-edge social media strategy to enhance brand presence, engage with diverse audiences, and drive conversions through creative and compelling content across various platforms. Additionally, you will design and deploy impactful email campaigns, leveraging analytics to refine and improve reach and effectiveness. Leading digital advertising efforts, you will utilize analytics tools to track performance, optimize campaigns, and ensure a positive ROI. Fostering meaningful interactions with the online community, responding to queries, and building relationships will be key to enhancing customer loyalty and satisfaction.
