About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager (DTC Focus) at Gibson Brands Inc. is responsible for driving revenue growth and enhancing customer engagement through effective digital direct-to-consumer strategies. This role involves executing and optimizing digital campaigns across eCommerce platforms, with a focus on maximizing customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex digital marketing campaigns that yield measurable business results in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and improve customer acquisition.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and continuous optimization of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, display, social media, email marketing, SEO, and affiliate marketing.
  • Work closely with global Marketing, Commercial DTC, and Web tech teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze and optimize the digital customer journey to improve conversion rates and reduce cart abandonment.
  • Use data and analytics to track, measure, and optimize the performance of digital campaigns.
  • Serve as the internal expert for digital DTC marketing, advising leadership on best practices and emerging trends.
  • Develop and execute strategies for customer acquisition and retention through various digital channels.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget to maximize return on investment and report on performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in direct-to-consumer eCommerce environments.
  • Proven track record of managing complex digital marketing projects that drive revenue growth.
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple high-priority campaigns.
  • Expertise in digital marketing channels including paid media, SEO, SEM, email, social media, and affiliate marketing.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
  • Deep understanding of the DTC business model and eCommerce optimization best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaign performance.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM tools, and data analytics platforms.
