About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager for the Email Channel will play a crucial role in enhancing customer relationships through effective email marketing strategies. This position focuses on leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning to create personalized customer journeys, ensuring that customers receive timely and relevant communications. The role involves collaborating with various digital channel experts to develop a cohesive cross-channel experience, ultimately driving customer engagement and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute email programs supporting customer relationships.
  • Create Monthly Business Review (MBR) content to share with partners and stakeholders.
  • Become an expert on email channel execution.
  • Partner closely with the Customer Journey lead and other channel leads to create a comprehensive and customer-driven journey to meet business needs.
  • Embody the company's culture and values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Economics, Public Relations, or related field.
  • 1+ years of integrated marketing experience (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in creating and managing email campaigns.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Economics, Public Relations, or related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of integrated marketing experience (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience, or equivalent experience (preferred).
  • Experience in creating executive presentations and white papers.
  • Focus on improving customer experience, gaining efficiencies, and improving performance.
  • Experience leading virtual teams across organizational lines and managing relationships.
