About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at Avera Health is responsible for overseeing the strategic coordination and implementation of digital marketing solutions. This role focuses on enhancing user experience across various digital platforms, driving customer acquisition, and improving product adoption through integrated digital strategies. The manager will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure effective digital experiences and messaging, while also leading a team dedicated to digital strategy and projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic coordination and build activities for digital marketing solutions.
• Lead projects focused on UX implementation and optimization for websites and digital tools.
• Collaborate across the organization on technology updates and implementations related to digital experiences.
• Manage day-to-day content and layout updates for external websites and business listings.
• Lead and mentor digital team members towards professional and business goals.
• Maintain digital analytics frameworks and generate reports on performance metrics.
• Develop and operationalize digital product governance to ensure compliance with brand and legal requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field.
• Seven years' experience in marketing, digital analytics, digital marketing strategy, managing digital programs and online advertising campaigns.
• Experience developing web page strategies and using a content management system (CMS).
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience in developing and implementing organic and paid digital strategies.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working in marketing in the health care industry.
• Experience with content and technical SEO and writing digital advertising content.
• Understanding of CRM tech stacks and ecosystems.
