The manager will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure effective digital experiences and messaging, while also leading a team dedicated to digital strategy and projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the strategic coordination and build activities for digital marketing solutions.
• Lead projects and cross-functional teams in UX design, implementation, and optimization.
• Collaborate on technology updates and implementations related to digital tools and consumer experiences.
• Manage day-to-day content and layout updates for external websites and business listings.
• Lead maintenance of digital analytics frameworks and generate reports on performance metrics.
• Develop and operationalize digital product governance to ensure compliance with brand and legal requirements.
• Apply design thinking and data analytics to create intuitive user experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field.
• Seven years of experience in marketing, digital analytics, and managing digital programs.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing digital strategies and advising on best practices.
