The Manager of Digital Marketing at Avera is responsible for overseeing the strategic coordination and implementation of digital marketing solutions. The position requires collaboration with multiple teams to ensure effective digital experiences and messaging for consumers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic coordination and build activities for digital marketing solutions.
• Lead projects and cross-functional teams in UX implementation and optimization.
• Collaborate on technology updates and implementations related to digital tools.
• Manage day-to-day content and layout updates for external websites and business listings.
• Lead and mentor digital team members focused on digital strategy and projects.
• Maintain digital analytics frameworks and generate reports on performance metrics.
• Develop and operationalize digital product governance to ensure compliance with brand and legal requirements.
• Apply design thinking and data analytics to create intuitive user experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field.
• Seven years' experience in marketing, digital analytics, and digital marketing strategy.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing organic and paid digital strategies.
• Advanced experience in digital optimization, analytics, and tracking tools.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working in marketing in the health care industry.
• Experience with content and technical SEO and writing digital advertising content.
• Understanding of CRM tech stacks and ecosystems.
