As a Digital Marketing Manager at AWS, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing campaigns that promote AWS's priority solution themes and services, as well as Tier 1 events. This position is integral to the central development of lead generation, adoption, and registration campaigns, collaborating closely with regional marketing teams to ensure these campaigns are effectively deployed on a global scale. Your expertise in digital marketing will be essential in utilizing various platforms to execute programs that can scale across multiple languages and regions, while also implementing best practices to enhance customer experiences and drive continuous improvements based on data insights. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and optimization of the email channel and digital operations. This includes overseeing the development, quality assurance, deployment, and reporting for global campaigns and major events such as AWS Summits, Innovate, re:Inforce, and re:Invent. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including campaign leads, Field Marketing Managers, Events Marketing, and Product Marketing teams, to create optimal digital experiences for customers. Your recommendations on customer engagement strategies within digital channels will be crucial, as will your ability to implement effective targeting and customer segmentation for campaigns. You will also be tasked with developing and executing test plans across all digital channels, establishing scalable processes that ensure best practices for email, social media, paid media, and internal reporting. Analyzing campaign performance and communicating timely optimizations will be key to driving results. Additionally, you will manage a library of assets and campaigns, ensuring proper asset hierarchy and management, and support the localization process for campaigns targeting international geographies. The Global Campaigns & Virtual Programs Digital Marketing Team is composed of platform and process experts dedicated to delivering scaled programs for stakeholder teams globally, supporting over 12 languages. The team values ownership, trust, curiosity, and innovation, and is primarily responsible for the success of mid-funnel marketing activities within the Global Integrated Marketing organization at AWS.
