The position operates on a hybrid schedule, allowing for remote work on Mondays and Fridays, while requiring on-site presence on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aimed at enhancing brand awareness and engaging online communities. This includes creating high-quality and visually appealing content such as photos, videos, and graphics that resonate with target audiences. You will also maintain content calendars that align with marketing goals and the brand's story, ensuring a consistent and engaging online presence. Building and fostering positive relationships with the online community is crucial, as you will monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, you will manage the online reputation of the brands, addressing any negative feedback that may arise. The role also involves developing and managing targeted media buys, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing strategies for maximum reach and engagement. You will track and analyze key metrics for all digital marketing efforts and generate dashboards to communicate performance and progress to stakeholders. Collaboration is key in this position, as you will work closely with Brand Managers and the web development team to optimize the user experience for branded sites. Furthermore, you will assist with online initiatives for wholesale e-commerce channels and create engaging content to promote wines to distributors and retailers. This multifaceted role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to thrive in a demanding and constantly changing environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 4 years of digital marketing experience, preferably within wine, luxury goods or beverage industry
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing best practices, including community management, content creation, and paid advertising
  • Proven ability to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies
  • Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva) and basic knowledge of video editing
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Strong analytic, strategic and creative skills
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities, meet deadlines and thrive in a demanding, constantly changing environment
