The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the entire digital footprint of the Moody Center, which includes overseeing social media, email marketing, the website, the app, and other digital assets. This role is crucial in developing high-impact advertising and content strategies across various digital platforms, with a focus on conceptualizing and curating content that will enhance the Moody Center's database and organic reach. The manager will also supervise the full-time Marketing Coordinator, ensuring that all marketing efforts align with the center's goals and objectives. In this position, the Digital Marketing Manager will oversee the email marketing strategy and execution using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This includes developing and integrating marketing plans tailored to target audiences to increase awareness and drive ticket and product sales. The manager will be responsible for building and maintaining email templates and automating marketing journeys to optimize customer engagement and acquisition strategies. Additionally, the role involves managing the content and scheduling calendar for organic social media channels and email marketing, supporting various events and promotional activities. Collaboration is key in this role, as the manager will work closely with the Senior Manager of Marketing to ensure that all contractual obligations for venue sponsors are met while also exploring creative promotional opportunities. Regular analysis of digital platforms and tracking methods will be essential, as the manager will need to report on growth and engagement metrics. The role also requires the development and management of the brand voice across all digital platforms, engaging with audiences in real-time during significant events. The Digital Marketing Manager will also be responsible for managing the venue's web content management system (CMS), ensuring that the website is updated with relevant information, including event announcements and promotional content. Researching new trends and technologies in digital marketing will be necessary to keep the Moody Center at the forefront of the industry. The manager will also ensure synergy between the Moody Center and the University of Texas Athletics, coordinating social media, web, and email efforts to create cross-promotional opportunities. Capturing engaging content throughout the year and collaborating with the marketing team to improve campaign results will also be part of the role. On-site representation for designated events will be required, along with managing the Marketing Coordinator and collaborating with interns.
